We decided to implement additional safety practices in addition to our existing use of universal precautions. Countertops, electronic medical record tablets as well as commonly touched hard surfaces like door knobs and handrails are being regularly and thoroughly disinfected. Additionally all of our therapists have been issued a N95 mask.
For your safety we are checking staff daily for any signs of infection. For our safety we ask that you refrain from coming to your scheduled appointments if you develop symptoms such as fever, cough and body aches. If you think you need to cancel your appointment we still ask for you to do so the day before if at all possible.
On behalf of the entire staff we want you to know we appreciate you and your business very much and we are committed to getting through this together. On that note, we are offering immune booster (lipovite) injections at a discounted rate of only $35 to clients and their friends/family. The shots are typically given once a week.

All appointment must be made, changed, or cancelled by calling SkinSpaMED. SkinSpaMed requires 24 hours notice of any cancellations. Failure to comply with cancellation policy may result in loss of voucher or fees. SkinSpaMed Dallas is open for all scheduled appointments unless the DISD is closed. SkinSpaMed Colleyville is open for all scheduled appointments unless the Colleyville school district is closed. All appointments are subject to the 24 hour cancellation policy if the clinic is open.
